SportyBet Terms & Conditions

These terms lay out the rules of using SportyBet. By opening an account and placing a bet, you sign up to them.

1. Accepting the terms

By registering an account or using any part of the SportyBet service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to bet from your location. We may ask for documents to verify identity and age at any point, and we may restrict access where the law calls for it.

3. Your account

  • One account per person, registered with accurate personal details.
  • Keeping your sign-in details safe sits with you.
  • Flag any unauthorised use of the account to us straight away.

4. Banking

Funds must come from a payment method that belongs to you. Withdrawals run after identity checks clear. Minimums, maximums and processing times can vary with method.

5. Promos and offers

Each promo carries its own rules, including wagering and minimum odds to clear before bonus funds turn cashable. Promos are for genuine play only, and we can hold back bonuses where misuse appears. See the Promos page for what is live.

6. Betting and match rules

Every bet sits inside the rules of its specific market. If a clear error in odds or payouts appears, we keep the right to void the bets touched by it. Abandoned matches, postponed events and unusual outcomes settle to the published market rules.

7. Responsible gaming

8. Behaviour we will not allow

Fraud, collusion, automated tools, advance knowledge of events, and any attempt to game bets or perks are out. They can lead to account closure and loss of funds.

9. Limits on liability

SportyBet provides the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not take responsibility for losses tied to your use of the service beyond the funds in your account.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will flag substantial changes, and continued use of the service signals acceptance of the updated rules.
